What are Key Design Elements of an Effective Website

The key elements of an Effective Website design

Whether we are talking about a personal blog or a company Key Design Elements of an Effective Website, the goal of any website is to be highly visited and read. Therefore, elements such as appearance, ease of use, and content are some of the key factors that distinguish a good web site design from a perfect one.

In this article, we will try to give you guidelines on how to make your site even better so as to attract more visitors and customers, which we believe will bring you additional dividends in one form or another.

Elements of an Effective Website
Elements of an Effective Website

Although many companies ignore the power of a professional-looking site, according to excerpts from statistics on the Internet, it is clear that a large percentage of potential customers and readers owe the site for a number of reasons, but among the main are:

  • Good looking web design;
  • Good site structure and intuitive menu;
  • Useful and detailed content.

These are actually the 3 key factors that we have emphasized in the other few paragraphs below, so fill your cup with coffee and enjoy reading…

The important features of the best website design

The most important element of any site, although many owners do not pay attention to it and even obviously ignore it. In fact, it is the content that makes users visit your site on the Internet. If it is superficial or poorly written, you can be sure that they will leave it quickly and will not return.

When creating a web site design, prepare useful and reliable information about your company, product, service, etc., because it is very important. The lack of contacts with you is considered a big omission, as well as a short description in the sense of “Who we are and what is our goal, mission, vision.”

Make sure that the information is always up-to-date and does not contain any grammatical or spelling errors, because this has a direct impact on the image of your company.

We all know what they say about the first impression, and this is even more true for the perfect website design. The decision to view the content of a page may be based on how visitors react to its appearance. Your website design should be clean and simple, but still attractive.

The site that attracts visitors is not displayed. Flashing pictures and background music is usually embarrassing and repulsive rather than attracting new visitors. Such interactive elements can make it difficult to read the information provided, and this is extremely annoying for most visitors to the site.

User-oriented interface

This is the other key element of the perfect web design of your site. It should be of such a type that the average user can easily use it and find everything he is looking for with ease. Part of the easy-to-use interface should be the well-marked main categories at the top of the site, including attached links to the key elements of the page.

A good user interface will offer the same capabilities at the bottom of the page and may even offer a few additional links. Larger sites with many pages are highly recommended to have a map.

Content layout

In order to define a web site design as perfect, no mistakes should be made, such as placing the text on a background that makes reading difficult. Dark backgrounds do not make reading easier, on the contrary. Research shows that the best option for reading and memorizing is black text on a white background.

Large blocks in the text should be divided into paragraphs that contain about 4-5 sentences. Make sure your page has enough free space to create a sense of clarity and order.

When creating a design for your website, all pages should have the same margins and follow the initial sequence in terms of fonts, colors, and layout of the elements. The thing that irritates consumers the most is the multitude of scrollbars,

Search tool

When creating a website with many pages, it is a must to have a search box to help visitors. This feature is very useful and allows potential customers to find what they want with ease. The creators of the web design of your site can take advantage of Google search and WordPress (or other blog platforms or CMS/content management system).

Separate design from content

The best-developed websites on the Internet combine the use of XHTML and CSS (cascading page style), which create a separation between design and content. Among the many advantages of this type of web site design is that it is enough to update only one CSS file to get a complete change of the site.

Another important advantage of splitting is that pages will load extremely fast and search engines will not have to go through redundant codes to find out if the content is relevant.

It is good to reduce the use of flash animations, music, video, or other things that can slow down the loading of the site. Web surfers have a little patience and attention for a short time, so don’t push them away with a slow site.

Compatibility with different browsers

Another key element for sites is that they should be able to open and browse with different browsers. This is because users have individual preferences for the browser used and when designing a website, programmers must take this into account.

Although most users use Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera, there are those who prefer other browsers, which means that your site must be prepared for this challenge. Also, the success of your web page depends on how well it is optimized for search engines.

Web optimized photos

The good quality of the photos on the site always impresses the users. Most web designers compress photos, but this is not always a good option, as when uploading to the site, they may appear in pixels, which is undesirable. So upload good quality photos and names to describe them.

Named and described photos can be a very good service because when searching for a particular product on the web through the photo option, search engines can bring the user to your site and thus win another customer.

These are just a few of the Key Elements of an Effective Website that sites need to have to succeed. The rest is the knowledge, experience, optimization, and web design of a Web Fusion site.

Why does your business need a blog in 2020?

Why does your business need a blog?

Let’s discuss why does your business need a blog in 2020.  Over the past few years, I have worked with many people on a variety of projects, and I have often had to give advice or discuss what is good for a site. It was then that I was often asked the question – “Okay” why should we have a blog? Don’t we have a website?

How can a business use a blog?

Honestly, I’ve approached each time in a different way to try to explain to clients why their business really needs a blog. I admit, the first few times I had to, I couldn’t argue properly, and my recommendation was often ignored. Thus, a few months later, blogs entered en masse, and now almost every company has tried to maintain its own blog, which serves not only as a news stream and as a contact with its customers, seeking their opinion on products or services that the business offers.

In fact, this is the biggest advantage of blogs – the ability to reach your customers and their opinions.

If you’ve ever been in any business, whether it’s offering a service or a product, you’ve probably appreciated the value of data in the marketplace. It is these data that allow each business to take the right path and improve, which in turn provides a wider market and more customers.

Blog or social media?

We have all witnessed how social networks such as Twitter and Facebook have evolved in the last year and now offer convenient tools for managing a brand’s social presence in their world, most often in the form of groups, fan pages, or special applications. Given that almost everyone already has a Facebook account, businesses have turned to this social network in order to increase access to potential customers and this is usually a successful way to develop a business on the Internet, but like everything, it has various disadvantages that one must anticipate.

One of the biggest disadvantages is that you don’t really have complete control over your social media pages and you can actually build an incredibly successful environment for selling services and goods, but it can also collapse in minutes. There are many examples of this, and the latest updates of the social network Facebook have made it clear that sooner or later this social network will become paid in one form or another.

With all this in mind, whenever it came to “Blog or social media?”, I advised clients to develop the two in parallel, trying to connect things in some way, encouraging their Facebook fans to use their blog as a source of information.

True, social platforms give you an indispensable source of customers, but it’s always good to keep one thing in mind. That’s why, take advantage of social networks, but at the same time take advantage of the opportunities that blogs give you!

Tips on how to develop a blog for your business

I still remember the words of the teacher when I went to driving courses – “Here you learn in theory. Practice will make your drivers! ”Or, to paraphrase,“ Here I give you tips on how to start blogging about your business. Practice will teach you all the other subtleties! ”

Here are some tips I can give you:

  • Present in detail and realistically each of your products;
  • Seek the opinion of your future and current customers;
  • Approve negative comments as well – these comments will not only help you improve your product, services but also help you gain the trust of your customers;
  • Give room for expression to your customers. It’s amazing how successful the so-called “What do our customers think of us?” Pages bring you;
  • Be persistent! Create a scheme and try to publish regularly articles closely related to your business. I personally usually apply the 3 × 1 scheme (3 articles per month)

I think these few tips will give you direction when starting a blog about your business and why does your business need a blog. If you have ideas, feel free to share it in the form of a comment below this article.

web design on your blog

In this article, we will introduce you to some basic techniques for impressive web design on your blog.

1.Easy readability

The most important thing for a blog is that the text is pleasant to read and not eye-catching. Make sure the font and background colors contrast well enough.

Distribute your paragraphs wisely and carefully. Having a title for each paragraph will make reading much easier and faster. Something very important that many web designers miss is the distance between each line. Increase the pixels between the lines for easier readability of the material. Also, follow the accepted font size standards. 12-14 pixels. My font preference is 14 pixels.

2. Focus on the content

At all costs, you need to make sure that once you start reading, the user is not distracted by web design or jumping banners. Reduce the header of your website so that the content is equally visible on your desktop computer and laptop. After all, content is what made you create your blog.

3.Easy to find content

Make your blog encourage the user to search for the rest of your content. Make it easily accessible. An interesting and commonly used technique is to put links to topics at the end of the article that is highly relevant to the current one.

Create categories to make it easier to find your room materials. This will help the user to more easily understand the structure of the blog. Use the sidebar to display archives, categories, recent posts, most-read posts, and anything up-to-date with your website.

The more interesting content a user receives, the more likely they are to subscribe to your latest posts via RSS.

4.Great comment design

Once you focus on the content, do the same with the comments. The unique design of the comments attracts the attention of the user. After reading the article, he wants to know what others think about your material or the news you have presented.

5.Integration of social buttons

Give your users the opportunity to share what they read. One is research-minded. When he finds something interesting, he feels obliged to share it with the general audience and gain at least some of the popularity of the original source. Take advantage of this through the social buttons on Google, Facebook Twitter, Pinterest, and other more popular social networks.

These were our short 5 tips for better web design on a blog. Share what web design techniques you use in your personal blogs.

Why should we have a personal blog?

Honestly, many times I have tried to convince colleagues and friends to create a personal blog, but to some extent without success.

Why should we have a personal blog
Why should we have a personal blog

In most cases, it all starts with a lot of enthusiasm, but soon people give up on the excuse that no one reads and comments on what they write about in their personal blog. This is undoubtedly a big de-motivator, but they do not realize that even for an established site it is difficult to gather an audience in the beginning, let alone motivate it to comment and share on sites and social networks an article they liked and share the opinion of the author.

What are the benefits of having a personal blog?

The fact is that few people still start and manage to keep their personal blogs ‘alive’ for one reason or another, most often demotivated by the lack of readers and activity in the personal blog. That is why I decided to write this article. Because it seems to me that more people need to be convinced of the power of a personal blog and give you a few reasons to create and maintain your personal blog.

However, before I continue with the pros of having a personal blog, let me tell you a short story, which is quite indicative of how strong a blog can be and how it gives us our 5-minute glory. I believe that many active bloggers have found themselves in similar situations and appreciated how valuable a blog can be and the freedom of speech it gives.

And the incident.

A few days ago I had to order a product. Accordingly, I allowed myself to study everything around him like Possible alternatives, price, delivery, etc. Not long after, I was ready to order the product in question, despite the negative comments about the company that offers it (I just didn’t have any alternative).

Accordingly, the main complaints were not so much about the quality as about the delivery time. As with most people, it happened to me that the company in question did not meet the delivery deadlines, and I allowed myself to write about the problem on my blog, whereupon the next working day I received a call from the company in question and apologized.

Since I had explained everything in great detail and precision, I did not have to explain on the phone what my real problem was. According to the gentleman on the other side, it turned out that my words had reached the ‘bosses‘, followed by a check and scolding of the employees. They offered me compensation (I did not accept it because that was not my goal) and on the same day they delivered what I had paid for, and only 1 day late.

The interesting thing, in this case, is that there were an awful lot of people on the forums who had complained about the same thing as me, but their goods were delivered about 2 months late, so more or less I consider this a success and realized once again, that a personal blog can be a great field for expression and expression of my point of view – something that few places offer, at least because there is some kind of moderation, paid partnerships, etc.

In other words, you set the rules of the game…

This is one of the few examples and benefits of personal blogging. Another example is, for example, when a personal blog is a professional one. I believe that if you dig on the Internet you will find many personal blogs that have a portfolio, as well as offer some kind of paid services.

Why having a personal blog is important?

Some time ago, it was my personal blog that helped me find a great job with a very correct and accurate boss, something that is really a rarity in Bulgaria during an economic crisis. And in the end what comes out?!? The personal blog is not only a field for expression, but it is also a place where we can show what we can and offer our services for a fee. Believe it or not, even though I’ve been offering paid services for a long time, I’m still occasionally asked to ask about my offers on my personal blog.

I think these are two pretty good examples of how a personal blog can be strong and why you should make one and most of all be active and not give up at the smallest barrier you encounter. I say that because I’m sure it will all start with a lot of enthusiasm, but in time you will be bored. Finally, for the finale, let me briefly summarize what your personal blog would help you with:

  • To express your personal opinion freely and without considering administrators and moderators;
  • To offer services;
  • Find a job and show that you are a professional;
  • To assert your rights and make public the irregularities;
  • Find a nice company from people with similar interests and views.

Of course, these are just some of the benefits of being a blogger and running your own personal blog. You will find the others very soon after you have already created one and written your first articles.

I hope you liked my article and found it useful. I will be happy if you join in the form of a comment on the article.

How to Build Links to Your Website - Link Building Strategies 2020

How to build links to your website?

Today I decided to write another word about Link Building Strategies in 2020 for blogs, although in reality these techniques can be used for any type of site or at least most of them are applicable. I decided to write on this topic because, I found that a lot of people are still wondering how to make a good Link Building Strategies, despite the great lectures of the lecturers.

I would be very happy if what I write in this post can help at least 1 person to understand in practice how things happen in Link Building and more precisely in Link Building Strategies for blogs.

Link Building Strategies
Link Building Strategies

What is link building and why does it matter?

The advice I intend to give in this post is not only in theory, but I have tried them and they have worked for me and I already have several successful blogs with regular visitors who found me through Google and thought my blog was worth reading.

It will sound a bit praiseworthy, but more than once my readers have written to thank me for the useful information that I have presented to them in the form of an article. I hope you are not bored already and that you want to read the lines below.

What are link building strategies?

In general, when building a good Link Building, the standard methods are used, as for any site, but here I will mention some factors that I think are much more applicable to blogs:

  • Links from Article Directories;
  • Links from Site Directories;
  • Links from social and bookmarking networks;
  • Links from thematic satellite sites;
  • Links to comments in blogs;
  • Blog links.

As you can see, there is really not much difference in Link Building strategies with a normal site and a blog site. What sets this article apart from the rest of the Internet on Link Building is actually the explanation and a few small tips for greater success that I will tell you.

To make everything more systematic and easy to review, I will divide the different methods into subsections.

Links from Article Directories

Article directories have become quite popular for about a year now, as a pretty good method of getting free links with a lot of weight, but unfortunately few people understand how to use them so that it has a really good effect.

Most people think that the content they will publish in these article directories is not so important, as long as they get a link from there. Alas, this is not true. As a friend of mine used to say, ” To receive – give! “

These sites most often want you to publish an article, allowing you to put a certain number of links (usually to your sites), thus you get unique visits from people who came across the article, as well as the weight of the link to your site. However, in order for the effect to be greater, you must follow a few important rules:

  • Always publish a unique article written specifically for the Article Directory in question in which you have decided to publish an article;
  • It is advisable to put a few links as possible in the post. Personally, I recommend that you do not put more than 2-3 links ;
  • It is desirable that the articles be thematic. That is if you plan to put a link to a site for hosting, write an article on WordPress Hosting ;
  • Always link to the desired site with Anchor text (the keyword by which you optimize your site). That is if we take the above example. I wrote on the topic of Best Web Hosting, and my site is, the end result should be this-> Best Web Hosting ;
  • Write articles of at least 200 words.

As my own experience, I often come across people who make the following unwanted mistakes that most often provoke me to disapprove of articles (as do many other colleagues):

  • Copied thematic articles are used;
  • More connections are allowed than allowed;
  • The terms of use are not read.

Of course, the last point most often happens, which leads to a violation of the first 2 points, but really what is the point of writing an article and wasting your time if it will not be approved and you will not get a link. Alas, more and more colleagues who have Article Directories are complaining about this.

Links from site directories

Another option to get links to your blogs is through site directories. Of course, they also have some subtleties that one needs to know in order to have a greater effect than adding your blog to them:

  • It will have a greater effect on your site if the link provided in the site directory is Dofollow. Those with the nofollow rel tag will only bring you traffic;
  • The title is recommended to be the keyword you are optimizing for or at least the keyword to be present;
  • The title and description should be different for each site directory. They may recur, but make sure it’s not too frequent. For example, if you add your site to 10 site directories, the repetition should be a maximum of 2-3 times and still avoid it.

Links from social and bookmark networks

Although most social networks do not offer a direct dofollow link, sometimes posting links to your articles there brings you a lot of decent traffic and regular readers of your blog.

Posting links to your sites should be moderate, and I plan to give you more details on the subject in another post, because the matter is really quite large in volume, and this article has become really big, even before we have passed half a point.

As I mentioned on social networks, you probably won’t find ones that give you dofollow links, but on the other hand, there are a lot of bookmark networks that do. So look primarily for bookmark networks that provide you with dofollow links and post links to large social networks.

Here again, it is desirable to pay attention to the title and description. It will guarantee you more visits and regular readers. How to write stunning headlines that will attract more readers, I will show you in a separate article soon.

Links from thematic satellite sites

This is the resource I like the most as a method of providing links for a number of reasons, but here are the main ones:

  • You get another thematic site;
  • Stronger links to your site.

With so many free blogging platforms, you don’t need to buy hosting and domains separately, but if you do, it will have an even greater effect.

This option, among other things, gives you the opportunity to attract more visitors/customers and therefore the opportunity to build a unique network of strong sites with which to ensure good thematic links.

Here’s what would help you for stronger links from these sites:

  • Each satellite site should be on a different blog platform with a different IP address;
  • Each site should be optimized for a different keyword and finally, visitors should be directed to your main site, which will bring you good targeted traffic;
  • Opportunity to get thematic links from colleagues, by the method – I link your site from My site 1, you give a link to My site 2. I will write more about this method in a separate topic.

Links from comments in blogs

Another of my favorite link building strategies or methods, but more care is required here so as not to tarnish the reputation of your sites and not be declared a spammer. This method is best when you are trying to optimize a personal blog with a keyword, your name.

The reason is that a very large number of blogs with do-follow comments allow you to sign your comment with just a name or nickname.

However, there are blogs in which the authors do not mind signing up with a keyword.

Important tips to help you avoid being labeled a spammer:

  • Don’t sign with a keyword unless allowed by the blog owner;
  • Always write meaningful comments with your opinion on the topic discussed in the blog;
  • If you are signing with a keyword, look for a topic that is, if not directly, then at least indirectly related to the keyword. This way you will get a stronger link with a thematic comment, and your comment will not be deleted or marked as spam;
  • A good trick is to provoke a discussion on the topic, but be careful not to provoke a stronger debate. The idea here is for more people to write thematic comments, expressing their point of view on the issue. Very good method to please you as a commentator. The reason is that there are still few blogs in Bulgaria with an increased presence of commentators and every blog owner is happy when his topic is commented on;
  • It’s nice to have dofollow comments, but it’s still good for about 20% of the blogs you comment on to be nofollow. The idea here is to trick the Google bot into not commenting just because of the link.

Blog links

Increasingly, bloggers have started arguing about “Is the blogroll link strong?” My view on the matter is that there is a force like any other do-follow link with the difference that it is indexed a little slower than the links in the articles.

The reason for this is that the gods of search engines in most cases follow new content using your RSS and Sitemap and when there is a new topic visit the address of the topic itself. This happens in the order of a few minutes, while crawling the main part of the site is done for a time determined by the bot itself, which takes time.

That’s why the misconception comes from that blogroll links don’t count… because it doesn’t happen right away. So if you are looking for links that you want to report as quickly as possible, use the links from articles. If there is no possibility to link from an article, then maybe from a blogroll.

Here is what is important when using this method:

  • If you have agreed to exchange links with another god, ask if it is not possible to exchange links from different blogs. For example, from your blog it gets a link to blog 1, and it from blog 2 gives you a link to your blog. The idea here is to get a link from a site to which you have not provided links. The reason is that reciprocal links are reported as weaker;
  • The higher the PR, the better for you if you have decided to fight for PR. If PR is not important to you, then it is not so important.
  • It is more than desirable that blog links are mostly from thematic blogs and a small percentage of non-thematic ones.

Here are some tips for successful Link Building on your blog. You can take a look at the ” Useful ” section, where you will find a list of article directories, site directories, social and bookmark networks, as well as other useful sites and tools for any blogger.

I really hope you found this article useful and interesting. I wish you successful link building strategies and blogging.

How to Choose Best Hosting for WordPress Website 2020

How to Choose Hosting for WordPress website

If you are just now hearing about WordPress, probably one of the questions you are asking is: How to choose the right hosting for WordPress website. Wherever you “place” it, it would feel good, but there are some things you need to know, despite the many options that the market provides.

There is no exact answer here

How to Choose Best Hosting for WordPress Website
How to Choose Best Hosting for WordPress Website

Let’s start with the fact that, as with everything else, there is no exact answer. Even if recommends hosting from HostGator, and says that this is the best solution on the market for your blog, it will not be 100% so.

All you need to do is sit in front of your computer for a few minutes and dig around Google to see what people use and what they write about. And you will find the solution quickly, for yourself. A solution that would rarely coincide with that of 5 other people looking for the same.

How to choose to host for WordPress website?

On the other hand, you will read posts from people who are convinced that the only way to do it as people is to choose a company that specializes in managing this system (Managed WordPress Hosting) –  Site Ground, Blue Host, Hostinger or Cloud Ways. And that’s not the best answer.

Some people trust hosting companies with cheap plans that are a good solution for beginners, but this is not the smartest answer.

Answer the following questions:

  • How much do you know?
  • What do you want to do?
  • How much do you need?
  • How much can you spend?

And once you answer, you will know that there is no universal answer. There is simply an individual solution for everyone.

First, what to consider…

Just as there is no universal answer to everything, there is one fact you need to know here. Because comparing several different hosting companies, you will find many things that make them the same and at the same time – different, but one thing is for sure:

Every hosting company has a downtime…

… And you can’t do anything about it. But the reassuring thing here is that he doesn’t feel it. If someone tells you that their site hasn’t been interrupted once in the last 5 years, they probably haven’t followed their site well enough. If your site has little traffic and you do not have a monitoring system to it, then there is no great chance to feel someone else downtime.

But no matter how you believe it, every hosting has a downtime. Absolutely everyone.

So if you’re looking for a place for your WordPress blog, rest assured that you’ll have it, albeit in minimal “doses.” So, once you know it, we can move on.

Are you a developer?

If you’re a developer, you’re probably interested in things that others don’t consider important – like DDOS protection, Varnish, how many PHP versions the system supports, RAM, CPU, cores, connectivity, disk speed, and more (all of which will find in Hostinger plans ). If this is the case, then you definitely have a different view of things from the average user and your answer will be right for you.

All hosting providers do backups regularly, something that will free you from this commitment, but we recommend that you do one local (on your computer) at least once a week or monthly (depending on your blog update). Accidents are rare, but they do happen. Keep that in mind.

But if you are not a developer – one thing is for sure, the above things do not mean anything to you, and you will probably look for your hosting for WordPress , looking through other eyes.

Choose Best Hosting for WordPress Security
Choose Best Hosting for WordPress Security

Are you looking for a host for your eCommerce WordPress?

Few online store owners (excluding experienced developers) have never thought about “speeding up” their sites through some system plugins and hosting features. They think that as the site is made, so it should be – enough to go fast. In many cases, however, this is not the case and is most often seen when adding many products and modules/plugins.

WordPress-based stores have a few more elements that can give an error – payment modules, delivery settings, product page layout, and more. And as a store owner, you know very well that every single problem leads to two unpleasant facts – loss of order and customer dissatisfaction. Something that, if continued, can get you out of business very quickly.

Therefore, our recommendation here is one – choose a hosting service that can provide the resources, location, and capabilities needed for an online store to operate smoothly.

When choosing, see if the service offers process speed, reliability and most of all supports the system on which you have built your online store (in our case – most often WordPress WooCommerce). Often the problems come when the store starts to get bigger and more functional. To avoid this, think preventively!

Are you a popular author or blogger?

Here our question is to those with over a few thousand visits a day. Each of you would like to pay a reasonable price for reliable hosting. No one would risk a low plan that they bought at a symbolic price.

Choose the plan according to the size of your site and the traffic it generates. Leave an advance. Once you’re a popular blogger who has a steady and loyal audience, you shouldn’t disappoint them in any way, especially with a slow loading site or mistakes when opening it.

And with so much traffic, it is assumed that some other level on top of the plan will not seriously affect your budget, but will definitely guarantee you more stability and speed in the web space.

Do you want someone else to take care of things for you?

You can use the services of hosting companies that specialize in just that. Their main activity is the management of your WordPress site or blog. Their services are an idea more expensive, but in many respects, this is justified.

If you think your time is too valuable and you can afford to transfer control to someone else, then you can find such options at Site Ground, Blue Host, Hostinger or Cloud Ways, and similar companies. You pay more and you get more.

In other cases, any other large, and not so large hosting, would cope with the task of providing you with a place for your site, and its management will be entirely your job. The time you take to take care of your blog yourself is sometimes not such a bad thing option.

In this way, you will know its condition, what it needs, and most of all how to optimize it to its current condition and resources. The saying here, “Why is the wolf’s neck thick?” Applies in full force. The more control you have over your site, the more secure you will feel.

Will you collaborate with anyone else?

Big projects require a big team. You know that. Here, when choosing a hosting service, it is good to know if the company has the ability to provide the protection needed to develop the project successfully.

Why do we emphasize protection? Because the big team is made up of people who constantly come in, work, and make changes. Our practice shows that the more people operate on a web project, the greater the risk of unwanted hacker attacks, errors, and/or intrusion. It is not common or mandatory, but it is practically and theoretically possible.

For this, we recommend hosting with good protection, fast loading, frequent backups, and experienced support. Anyone who has been involved in large projects will want these basic things to be up to standard, and then put the price as the next criteria. The right choice is the optimal ratio of all this.

So… .how to choose Hosting for WordPress?

We started with the fact that there is no universal answer. This is so and at the same time, it is not. On a larger scale, there is no right answer, but for you, personally – there is definitely only one. It all depends on what you do or intend to do. It depends on how much you are willing to pay.

But in the end, you will find that the perfect Hosting for WordPress which is the one that has been in front of your eyes all along.

As we know, AdSense is one of the top site monetization program. So every new blogger who has started the site to make money online, then only first thinks to monetize the site with Google AdSense.

But many times Google AdSense blocks their accounts due to invalid click activity. So today I’ll share a few methods with that you can avoid self-clicking on AdSense Ads.

How to protect AdSense Ads from Self Click?

Basically, if you mistakenly clicked on AdSense 2-5 times in a month then there is no problem. AdSense knows about it and you’ll not receive any earning from this click. But in case you are regularly clicking, means every month then it will generate an invalid click activity. So If you are an AdSense publisher and wanted to protect your account from self-clicking then follow the steps below:

WordPress Plugin:

If your site built on WordPress then you can use Quick AdSense and Adsense Invalid Click Protector plugin, both WordPress plugins have the feature to hide AdSense and other ads for logged in users.

But only those ads can be hidden that are placed using Quick AdSense & WP-Quad plugin. So If you’re using plugin any from them just enable “Hide Ads when the user is logged in” option.

You can install Quick AdSense and WP-Quad Plugin directly using a Plugin installer from WordPress dashboard or Manually from here: Download Quick AdSense Plugin & Download WP Quad plugin.

Adblock software

An Adblocker extension can block all the ads from a webpage. So if you use Adblock software then it will remove all advertising from your Webpage and along with this from all other websites as well. But I’ll not suggest you use this because if everyone starts using Adblocking software then it will affect all the AdSense publishers.

Today many sites depend only on AdSense advertising to earn money, If they will not earn anything from their site due to Adblockers then how they will continue to work on their site.

So If you really want to use Adblocker for personal website use, you can white listed other sites to support them.

If you have any other solution to avoid self-click on AdSense ads then please share with us.

How to Protect your WordPress from Brute Force Attacks on WP-Admin

How to Protect Your WordPress Site from Brute Force Attacks?

Protect your WordPress login page from brute force attacks. Undoubtedly, one of the most frequently used blogging platforms is WordPress, and according to recent statistics, more than 30% of the top bloggers in the world drive their blogs with the help of WordPress.

Perhaps this is the reason why very often this platform is the object of interest for attack by hackers and daily holes are found in the system.

On the Internet, WordPress is increasingly being referred to as an extremely insecure CMS / Blog system, but I tend to disagree. It is a fact that in the past 10 years, complaints about security holes in WordPress have become very common, but the reason is rather the accessibility to the system itself.

We are used to thinking that Custom solutions are always better and more secure, but the only reason to access platforms with Custom CMS less often is probably the fact that not everyone has access to the source code, which in turn makes it difficult for hackers to find holes in the system.

Protect Your WordPress Site
Protect Your WordPress Site

It is the fact that WordPress is an open-source platform and everyone can see what it is about that takes hackers one step further, allowing them to find holes in the code that they naturally take advantage of. In fact, to be honest, most of the breakthroughs are not the fault of the blog platform itself, but rather the poorly written plugins for protect your WordPress website.

The attack for a month…

Since my job is more or less to review/edit a really large number of WordPress installations every day, I was probably one of the first to feel the attack on the wp-admin folder and its effect.

The attack in question started maybe about a month ago, as a mass phenomenon not only abroad but also in our country. The idea behind it all is to try to get the password to access your blog through a Brute-Force attack, and then maybe take advantage of the benefits that administrator access provides.

Due to the specifics of the Brute-Force attack (trying to guess the admin password on a predefined list of passwords that are used most often), the danger is real only for users who use the standard username – admin, as well as very easy logical passwords.

In general, this reassures many blog owners and therefore very honestly does not protect their access to the admin part of WordPress in any way. The bad thing, in this case, is that through this attack many requests are made in a short time, which in turn generates more CPU time.

It is this generation of additional CPU time that is a problem for other users, who very often host their blogs on shared hosting with a CPU time limit, which in turn leads to a problem with opening the site, as well as letters from your hosting provider with please take action because you are loading their servers.

How to prevent the attack on wp-admin?

The good thing, in this case, is that we can always find a way to defend ourselves.

The options are really many, and if you ask in one of the specialized forums, they will probably recommend one of the many protection plugins, such as Limit Login Attempts.

Personally, however, I am not a fan of such add-ons, because even if you enter a limit on attempts, it is unlikely that this type of attack will be effective. The reason is that very often the checks are done by IP and in a certain number of attempts, this IP is blocked.

This is very nice, but the attack in question uses public proxies, which means that the IPs change almost constantly and even if you ban one, the attack will continue from the second… third .. fourth, etc. In addition, the plugin in question will increase the CPU time, because it also checks constantly, so, in my opinion, the idea is not very good.

This method would probably work for you if it was a single attempt, but not for attacks of this magnitude.

How did I deal with the problem with Protect your WordPress?

I’ve always loved doing things my way, knowing how it works and what it does. Maybe this is the reason why I use additives less and less when creating my new projects.

After facing the problem, I decided to think about how best to deal with and find the right solution, and honestly at this stage, I think my solution is one of the best. I even dare say that it is much easier if you apply it to a larger number of sites.

For this purpose, I decided to use the full functionality of our familiar mod_rewrite module, introducing rules for access to the main login file in the administration of WordPress – wp-login.php.

You must enter the rule in your .htaccess file, which is located in the root folder of your WordPress blog.

<Files wp-login.php>

order deny,allow

allow from X.X.X.X

deny from all

This code will usually work perfectly for you, but there is one small inconvenience – you will be able to log in to the administration of your blog only from the IP you have set access to. Everyone else will return a 403 error page.

Note: In some hosting companies, I noticed that instead of error 403, it returns 302 with a redirect to the home page.

Because in our case many people had to have access to the administration, and quite often the access had to be available from different places in Bulgaria, we solved the problem in a general way, allowing access only to all Bulgarian IP addresses. The solution will work well again because most attacks come from foreign IP addresses.

Protect your WordPress site from hackers

By the way, there is another good way to limit attacks by using the protected folders option. I’m not sure how useful it is, because the real form of access to the blog is through the file wp-login.php,

Which is located in the main part of your site and actually making a request to the folder / wp-admin / through which we are used to entering the panel of your WordPress, then we are redirected to wp-login.php.

So I’m not sure how efficient the protected folder method will be, but you can try and share if it works.

I will not share how the trick works, because I haven’t really tried it, but if you want to know how it works, you can see Pano Kondoyannis’ article on the subject.

More good practices for protecting your WordPress blog

First and foremost, take care of the protection of your blog by taking a few simple security measures:

  • Use always use a username other than admin to access your administrator account;
  • Use relatively long and complex passwords. Passwords like 123456 have long been out of fashion and are broken in seconds;
  • Avoid logging in to your blog from public networks. It is quite possible that this network will eavesdrop and understand your access data not only to the blog 😉 ;
  • It’s a good idea to create another username with copyright, through which to write articles on your blog, and to use administrator access only when needed.

I can give you a lot more advice, but they require a little more in-depth knowledge and that is why I plan to separate them in a separate article at a later stage.

I really hope this article helps many of you and I would be happy if you share it with your friends so that it reaches as many people as possible, which will make it even more useful.

Also, I will be happy for your opinion in the form of a comment to this article, and why not tips with more ideas to Protect your WordPress site blog.

What are Search Engine Optimization Tools and How it Works for Blog

Search Engine Optimization Tools

If you have decided to do professional blogging, there is no way to get away with good search engine optimization tools for your blog. This is almost as important as the products/services you have decided to offer to your customers/visitors. There is simply no way to expect to sell if there is no one to sell it to.

Of course, there are many options for your site to get visitors, but the cheapest investment in time and money remains search engine optimization tools, and while advertising campaigns are an instant method of advertising, in optimization things are more long-term. You invest in the beginning, as for an advertising campaign, and then only for a certain period of time you keep the pace so that your site is in the top positions and brings you visitors, and then these users turn them into your satisfied customers.

Today I will not explain the process of how to do a complete optimization, but rather to monitor how your site is doing on the Internet, which will tell you how to react in certain situations, in other words, I intend to give you a site with very useful search engine optimization tools, to help you understand how optimized your blog is.

Search Engine Optimization Tools
Search Engine Optimization Tools

What Search Engine Optimization Tools do I use?

The Internet is literally crowded with tools to help you with SEO on your site, but there are very few quality and free tools, and paid ones are almost always insanely expensive. I say crazy because at least in my opinion, quality SEO products are offered mainly for professionals, which in itself suggests that the price is the same as for people who make their living with it.

Over the years working in the SEO industry I have used a number of programs for metrics, submission, and whatnot related to SEO, both free and paid. I’ve come across great free tools, and I’ve come across paid alternatives that cost an awful lot and actually do almost no work.

After all, what I use right now are mostly free online tools for checking links on the site, statistics of visitors and their behavior, and natural tracking of PageRank and site positions in Google’s SERP.

Where can I find free Search Engine Optimization Tools?

While SEO programs for Desktop users have a wide variety of products in the online industry, there is really very little difference in the functions of different online Search Engine Optimization Tools and almost every tool you come across will do almost the same job (of course there are some exceptions) and since I know that searching for such things takes a lot of time, I decided to share with you a great site with Search Engine Optimization Tools and tips where everything is put together.

The good thing is that in addition to useful tips that are given to users who want to learn how to do SEO on their sites, this page also offers SEO tools, browser add-ons, and more importantly – tools with which you can build your free link building campaign.

I think there is no need for more words and before I bore you I suggest you take a look at the free Search Engine Optimization Tools online.

How did Google become the Emperor of the Search Engine?

Google is now part of our daily livelihood. Internet users call Google as their friends and teachers.
king of search engine

This week Google has been 20 years old. It has succeeded in becoming the King of Google Internet in the history of two decades. There was more than Google search engines that people used to use. But no one could stand before Google.

On September 4, 1998, engineer Larry Page and Sergey Brinley launched a project to cover the facts and information of the world's facts. The same project has succeeded so much that millions of questions are spent on Google. And, its founders now have billions of masters.

There were some successful search engines in the world of Google over the world. Discuss three

Web Crawler: It was the world's first search engine. Which could be searched by writing all words simultaneously. It came into practice a few years before Google came.

The web spider or web crawler means a computer program, which is still in use. Google also has introduced it to its website, saying, 'We use spiders' to generate public information while we present information on the web correctly.

Brian Pinkton, a student of the Washington University of Washington, has made web crawlers. In 1995, America Online bought it. Then in 2001, the company named Infospace owned it. At the very least the web crawler was popular. But after some time, a new search engine named Lycos came down with the use of the web crawler.

In 1995, the Carnegie Melan University of America started a research project called Lycos. Later, he bought a company named Terra. In 1999 it was the most visited website. But with Terra, it failed. Then the company bought a company from South Korea. Lastly, an online marketplace irk of India had purchased Lycos.

High View

In 1995, another search engine named Altavista was born. The same is the reason why Google's highest loss is the company. This search engine was different from the existing search engines. But Google came to be more than that and managed to capture the market. Yamaha bought it in 2003. But 10 years later it was forced to shut down.

In 1995, the London-based Axte was one of America's most liked bandmates. But 5 years after the market came to its fall.

After succeeded, but his founder only started to fill his pocket. Due to which the situation could not improve itself according to time. Perhaps Google has succeeded in turning the yoke on this issue.

How did Google succeed?

There were more than Google search engines and were receiving success. But what was the reason for which Google was able to turn everyone back?

90 percent searches on the Internet are on Google. About 60 percent of online advertising also comes from Google.

Google has successfully kissed the success due to the efforts of a user to make a sense of privilege and constantly trying to make something new. Google Algorithms also have a great role in it.

Google's founder's page and visit brought the PageRank Algorithm in 1999. This classifies any webpage between 1 to 10 in comparison to the utility.

Its authors on Google's Help Site have written: You need answers, not millions of web pages. Our system needs the results as per the requirement.

However, pages and pages have kept some shorts hidden, which have made Google separate and unique than other search engines. Google keeps changing it continuously.

Perhaps Google's biggest achievement is that Google has been able to understand the user's needs.
